Volunteers

Commencement is an exciting event celebrating the achievement of our graduates. Come be a part of the day and enjoy the excitement of our graduates and their families. The Class of 2025 will graduate in May 2025.  In the event of inclement weather, the event will be postponed until the following day.

The success of this day relies on the help of over 150 volunteers to assist in roles such as student check-in, faculty line-up, ushers, and greeters along with many others. We hope you will sign up to volunteer to be a part of the ceremony in whatever role you feel most comfortable in.

The evening before the Commencement ceremony, our Homewood graduates and their families will come together on Keyser Quad for the annual Senior Toast. This is a capstone celebration on their final night as undergrads. Volunteers are also needed to help with the Senior Toast from 6-10 p.m. In case of severe weather, this event will be canceled.
