Each year the Commencement Office recruits 150+ volunteers to help with the universitywide commencement ceremony and commencement related events. We need your help again this year!

The Class of 2022 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 22 at 6:30pm. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be postponed to Monday, May 23 at 9am. We are looking to recruit volunteers who are available both Sunday and Monday, however, if your availability is limited to only one of the two days, please indicate your preference in the form below. All volunteers should report to their role 1 1/2 hours before each event begins: 6pm on Saturday, May 21, 5pm on Sunday, May 22, 7am on Monday, May 23. Volunteers are expected to stay until the conclusion of  the events, meals will be provided.

    I am willing to serve a second shift (9:00pm - 9:15pm or 12:00pm-12:15pm on the rain date) post-ceremony outside the Homewood Field.Note: If this shift overlaps with your primary shift you will be relieved of duties to assist in this capacity.
  • I am able to serve as a volunteer for both the universitywide ceremony on May 22nd as well as the rain date on May 23rd should there be a need.
